Charles Eliot Ware, 84, formerly of Amherst and Wilton Center, died Friday, May 10, 1996, at RiverMead Retirement Community in Peterborough. During the 1970s and early 1980s, Mr. Ware held executive positions with Horton and Hubbard in Nashua. Before that, he was with the U.S. Rubber Co. in New York and lived in Wilton, Conn. He graduated from the Middlesex School and Harvard College, class of 1934, and did post-graduate work at MIT. Mr. Ware was born in Boston on Jan. 20, 1912, son of the late Charles Eliot and Elizabeth Lowell Ware. He had formerly lived in Amherst and Wilton Center. Survivors include his wife, Kath- leen C. Ware; three daughters, Lucy Ware of Denver, Susan Huber of Boston, and Kathleen Kaminer of Houston; and a sister, Mrs. Lewis Perry of Wellesley, Mass. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Jellison Funeral Home in Peterborough is in charge of arrangements.
