Ferne G. Ware Obituary, 2004

Ferne G. Ware 91, of Twin Falls, passed away Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, at Sunbridge Care and Rehab. Ferne was born Feb. 25, 1912, in Fresno, Calif., the daughter of A.W. and Alice Ellsworth McIntire. She was raised in California, graduating from Pomona High School. On Nov. 2, 1932, she married Tyrus U. Ware in Santa Anna, Calif. They lived in California for over 25 years, moving to Idaho in 1972. Ferne was a great wife, mom and grandmother, making sure her family was always taken care of. She loved to work out in the yard and especially in her flower garden. She and Tyrus always had a dog around the house and they treated them like a kid, spoiling them in every way. Ferne is survived by her son, Larry Barbara Ware of Twin Falls; two grandchildren, Julie and Steven; 10 great-grandchildren; and one niece, Patty Petersen of Reno, Nev. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one son, Donald Ware; one sister; and one granddaughter, Debbi Newell. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004, at Sunset Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of White Mortuary “Chapel by the Park.”
