Rita A. Ware, the wife of Joseph Edward Ware of Wethersfield died Wednesday (December 1, 2004). She was born in Montreal, Canada the daughter of the late Frederick Ware and Kathleen Churchill. She is survived by a daughter, Marilyn Ware of Wethersfield; nephews, Fred and Robert Stevens of Montreal; and a niece, Barbara Grasley of Toronto, Canada. She was predeceased by a son, Edward Ware Jr. and a brother, Fredrick Stephens of Montreal. Upon her retiring from Travelers Insurance Co. where she was a member of the Travelers Women’s Club, she maintained an active role with the Corpus Christi Women’s Club. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Scott Galle (whom Rita referred to as her adopted son), Dr. Bimalin Lahiri, Dr. Sidney Perlman, and Dr. John Papandrea. In lieu of flowers friends are asked to make donations to a charity of their choice. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 4, at 10 a.m. from the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home, 34 Beaver Rd., Wethersfield, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Corpus Christi Church, 601 Silas Deane Hwy., Wethersfield. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Elm St., Rocky Hill. Friends may call at the Funeral home, Saturday from 9-10 a.m.
