James WARE Obituary

COLD SPRING, Ky. – James C. Ware, 92, of Cold Spring, Ky. died Tuesday, Sept. 14 at his home. He was a retired dairy farmer, a member of St. Joseph Church in Cold Spring, Ky., a past board member of the Campbell County Farm Bureau and Campbell County Southern States Cooperative and an honorary board member of the Alexandria Fair, which he attended for 90 consecutive years. His first wife, Charlotte Sweeney Ware, died in 1990. Survivors include his wife, Colleen Sexton Lohstroh Ware; daughters, Karen Ware of Cold Spring, Ky. and Kimberly Henley of Cold Spring, Ky.; stepdaughter, Lynn Weinel of Alexandria, Ky.; stepson, Rob Lohstroh of Southgate, Ky.; sister, Carol Smiley of Melbourne, Fla.; and one granddaughter. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16 at St. Joseph Church in Cold Spring, Ky. Visitation will begin there at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Cold Spring, Ky. Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home in Fort Thomas, Ky. is in charge of arrangements.
