John (Jack) Elbert Ware passed away on March 20, 2015 at his home in Beavercreek, Oregon. Jack was born in Oregon City on December 30, 1933 to Walter and Erma (Ream) Ware. It was in Oregon City that he spent his school years before joining the army in May of 1953, serving during the Korean War until May of 1955. Jack enjoyed his retirement years from his career as a truck driver, traveling and crafting birdhouses and other items for family and friends. Jack always had a helping hand to give and he will be missed all that knew him. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Sadie McFall and Sally Ware. Jack is survived by his wife Christine; daughters, Deborah Ware, Delores (Scott) Greene; his son Douglas Ware, 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. A memorial will be held at a later date.
