Donald Gene Ware Obituary, 2008

Ware, Donald Gene Age 66, passed away August 24, 2008 at his home. He was born October 1, 1941 in Belle-ville, son of the late Ray and Ruth (Bird) Ware. He graduated from Belleville High School in 1961. He worked at Ford Motor Company in Ypsilanti for over 30 years. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge, Ypsilanti. He loved cars, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren. Don loved the Bomber Restaurant and was there by 5:30 a.m. every morning! Survived by two sons, William and Steve (Kellee) Ware, and their mother Janice Kus, a step-son Ed “Archie” Wilson, a step-daughter Lahomma Lynn Sanders, seven grandchildren and one great-grandson, two brothers Ronnie Ware of Belleville and Jimmy Ware of Ypsilanti, sister Barbara Sancho, half-brother Tom Gorham, half-sister Delores Gorham, also numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by brother Jack Ware, and two sisters Betty McCoy and Marian Pep Twiliger. Visitation 3-5 p.m. Thursday with a 5 p.m. Memorial Service at David C. Brown Funeral Home, Belleville.
