Barbara M. Ware, R.R. 2 Box 215 White Haven, died Saturday evening at her home.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Bud and Rita (Houser) Wexler, and had resided in Philadelphia before moving to White Haven six years ago.
She was a member of St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, White Haven.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are her husband, William J. Ware; a son, Christopher Ware, serving with the Navy; daughters, Jacqueline Sloan and Patricia Yates, both of Philadelphia, and Susan Miller, Downingtown; brothers, Skip Wexler, Philadelphia, Michael Wexler, Levittown, and William and Harry Wexler, both of Philadelphia; sisters, Valerie, Philadelphia, Marilyn, Pocono Lakes, Kim, Chambersburg, Lana, Blakeslee, and Dale, Philadelphia; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. from the McHugh-Wilczek Funeral Home, 249 Centre St., Freeland.
The Rev. Stephen Stavoy will celebrate a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Patrick’s R.C. Church.
Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, White Haven.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 9 to 10 a.m.
