Beatrice E. Ware Obituary, 1995

LANCASTER – Beatrice E. Ware, 87, of 31 Bigelow Gardens, a retired school teacher, died Monday in Clinton Hospital after an illness.

She leaves a sister, Rachel A. Ware of Lancaster, with whom she lived; and several cousins. She was born in Wilton, N.H., daughter of Robert and Carolyn (Frye) Ware and lived here for the past 25 years. She graduated from Hartford Academy and A.U.C. Academy in 1927.

Miss Ware was an elementary school teacher in Hartford and New Haven, Conn., and later taught in Springfield and Amesbury. She also taught at the New England Memorial Hospital in Stoneham. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Village Church in South Lancaster and the Golden Age Club here.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday in Seventh-day Adventist Village Church in South Lancaster. After cremation, burial will be in Miller Cemetery, Temple, N.H., at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. Queen Chapel, 658 Main St., is directing arrangements.
