James Franklin Ware Obituary, 1997

ATOKA – James Franklin ‘Carpenter Red’ Ware, 72, of Memphis, formerly of Atoka, died of pneumonia Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Osceola, Ark. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jefferson Mortuary in Millington with burial in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery at 2 p.m. Monday. He was a Navy veteran. He leaves five daughters, Madalyne Ware McCall, Kozetta Ware Turner, Dannie Ware Hunter and Chere Hall, all of Memphis, and Vida Ware Welbeck of Atlanta; two sons, Myron Ware and Elder Frederick Ware, and a sister, Louise Ware Harris, all of Memphis, 17 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
