John Wesley Ware Obituary, 1999

JOHN ‘GIGG’ WESLEY WARE, 66, of Byhalia, Miss., retired plumber for Memphis Housing Authority, died of heart failure Thursday at Methodist Hospital Germantown. Services will be at noon Saturday at Royal Chapel CME Church in Byhalia with burial in the church cemetery. H.C. Jett Funeral Home in Collierville has charge. Mr. Ware, the husband of Dorothy L. Ware, also leaves four daughters, Johnetta Ivey and Claudine Hollin, both of Arlington, Irene McKenzie of Cordova and Lahoma Pritchard of Red Banks, Miss.; four sons, Ferrah Lee Taylor of Memphis, Roy Anthony Ware and Tony Ware, both of Byhalia, and Donald Ware of Fayetteville, N.C., 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
