“Husband of Rachel Ann (Cheesman) and son of Esther (Burdsall) and Charles Ware. Rachel and Daniel were married on 21 Feb 1871 by Reverend F.R. Brace in Camden County, New Jersey.

Rachel and Daniel had at least six children, they were Walter Grover, Howard Eli, Willis, Charles Leon, Arthur C. and Willis C.

Daniel was a Farmer and he died in Sicklerville according to Paul Ware. Daniel’s Will was written on 6 Jan 1914 and Probated on 18 Aug 1931. He left the estate to his wife Rachel and when she dies the estate shall be divided between his children.

Daniel died from Chronic Interstiteal Nephritis due to a fatty heat and he was interred in the Sicklerville Cemetery in Sicklerville, Camden County, New Jersey on 16 Jun 1915. He was 67 years, 5 months and 29 days old and his son Leon Ware was the Informant on his death Certificate. ”
