“PRIZES.

Mrs. J. Woodward Haven’s Prizes of $30 each, for the best panel for an overdoor on canvas or paper, painted in oils or water colors, in the style of the last half of the 18th century, France, the subject drawn from any one of the four plaster casts of “The Seasons,” by Clodion, or from one of the three groups of children after Boucher in the Museum for the Arts of Decoration, a frame or border composed of arabesques drawn from any of the casts of the period, were awarded to Sulamith Sokolsky, Ruby Abrams, and Meta A. Peper.

The Ethel Cram Memorial Fund Prize of $30, for the best panel for an overdoor on canvas or paper, painted in oils or water colors, in the style of the last half of the 18th century, France, the subject: a Vase drawn from any one of certain selected casts or vases in the Museum for the Arts of Decoration, arranged with a flower garland taken from a picture or plate of the period, and a frame or border of arabesques composed from the casts or mouldings of the period, was awarded to Elsie M. Hastings.
