“The Virginia Branch of the “National Society, United States Daughters of 1812,” desire to place in the State Capitol building a bronze mural tablet commemorating the valor of Virginia’s sons of that period, the tablet to co*t not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or more than fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00).
