“Pearl E. Ware Born in Sumner, MO, October 4, 1916, passed away April 1, 2010 at Lakewood Regional Hospital, in Lakewood, CA. She is survived by her husband, the first mayor of Hawaiian Gardens, Lee Ware; and her only daughter, Jacqueline LeMoyne. She has 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and 1 great great great grandchild. She was a community leader, past president of Lionettes, and philanthropist. She contributed so much to the world, and through her love and support helped so many. She was the last survivor of 9 siblings. Graveside services at Forest Lawn, Cypress, Thursday, April 8, 10:30am.”
