Loyd Don Ware Obituary, 2012

“Loyd Don Ware, 65, of Idabel, passed away April 12, 2012 in Shreveport. He was born February 27, 1947 in Altus, Oklahoma, the son of Loyd Carl and Edna Louise Birmingham Ware. Loyd had worked for Tyson for over 30 years. He was of the Christian faith and enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, taking care of his deer and other wildlife, gardening and spending time with his grandbabies. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War and was a member of VFW Post 4777.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Alan Drew Wooten and a special friend Debbie Robinson.

He leaves to cherish his memory his stepdaughters, Jennifer Day and Angela Cox both of Oklahoma City; brothers, Tony Wooten of Florence, South Carolina and Fred Wooten of Ransom Canyon, Texas; sister, Cindy Jones of Carlsbad, New Mexico; special friend, Jeff Day of Idabel and his beloved grandbabies, Daniel Webster, Dusty Webster, Brittany Hankins, Haley Clark, Savannah Day and Tallon Day.

Visitation will be held Sunday, April 15, 2012 from 2 to 4 pm at Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16, 2012 at 10am at Bunch-Singleton Chapel with Bro. Kenny Sivard officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Denison Cemetery.”
