“Mr. Sage, from the committee on finance, to which was referred the Senate bill introduced by Mr. Sage (No. 1262, Int. No. 1071), entitled ‘An act to provide for compensating Franklin B. Ware for expenses and disbursements incurred by him in successfully defending charges brought against him for his conduct as State Architect, and making an appropriation therefor,’ reported in favor of the passage of the same, which report was agreed to, and said bill committed to the committee of the whole.”
