TURPIN, Okla. – Charles H. Ware, 88, died Feb. 15, 2012. He was born Dec. 16, 1923.

On March 23, 1942, he married Billie J. Potter. She died March 22, 2004. Survivors include: son, Gary; daughters, Mickey Tannehill, and Rita Protzman; sisters, June Richards, and Mildred Patterson; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Miller Chapel, Liberal. Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and will be from 8 a.m. to service time Saturday at the mortuary. Burial in Forgan Cemetery with military honors.
