Lillie Mae Ware Obituary, 1996

BATESVILLE – Lillie Mae Ware, 91, of Memphis, formerly of Batesville, retired homemaker, died of heart failure Monday at Hillhaven Convalescent Center in Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Dickins Funeral Home with burial in Center Hill Cemetery near here. She was a member of Willow Springs Assembly of God Church. Mrs. Ware, the widow of James Watson Ware, leaves four daughters, Faire Mae Darby of Tupelo, Lottie B. Burks of Memphis, Joanne Cash of Moscow, Tenn., and Shirley Agge of Saulsbury, Tenn.; four sons, J. W. Ware Jr. of Saulsbury, Lonnie Ware of Batesville, Waverly Eugene Ware of Potts Camp and Jessie Wayne Ware of Memphis, 35 grandchildren, 79 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
