<p>Margaret Naomi (Long) Ware, 88, formerly of Frostburg, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, at her home in Martinsburg.</p>
<p>Born Dec. 30, 1927, in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late George Carpenter Long and Oleta Clarissa (OBaker) Long. She is preceded in death by her husband, John D. Jack Ware who died in 2006 and her daughter, Jacquelyn Kay Brafford.</p>
<p>Margaret was a homemaker and had worked at the Kelly Springfield Tire Company in her earlier years. She was a Past Matron of Mountain Chapter 15 Order of the Eastern Star.</p>
<p>She is survived by two daughters, Margaret L. Wilson, Oldtown, and Karla L. Yost and husband, Michael, Falling Waters, W.Va.; five grandchildren, Jessica Blackburn and husband, Allen, Jared Brafford and wife, Kristin, Curtis K. Bonner Jr., Samantha J. Jones and husband, William, and Jonathan R. Yost and wife, Bobie. Also, surviving great-grandchildren, Tyler, Blake and Sophia Blackburn, and Wyatt Yost and son-in-law, Steven Brafford, Fredericksburg, Va.</p>
<p>Memorial service will be conducted at the Sowers Funeral Home on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Karen Crosby officiating. Family and friends will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service at noon. Mountain Chapter 15 Order of the Eastern Star will hold a memorial service at 1 p.m.</p>
<p>Inurnment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.</p>
<p>Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.</p>
