“Benjamin Ware (1759-1814) served as private in Capt. Benjamin Bullard’s company, Col. Pierce’s regiment of minute men, which marched on the Lexington Alarm; also served other enlistments, 1778-80, under different commands.  He was born and died in Sherborn, Mass.”
