“RESOLVE ON THE PETITION OF JONATHAN WARE, DIRECTING THE TREASURER TO FORBEAR TO COMMENCE OR PROSECUTE ANY SUIT AGAINST SAID WARE FOR THE TERM OF EIGHTEEN MONTHS.

On the Petition of Jonathan Ware wherein he prays that no compulsory process shall issue against him, for the Term of eighteen months, on his Bond made to the Treasurer of this Commonwealth — for the sum of four hundred dollars with interest.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the Commonwealth, be, and is hereby directed to forbear to commence or prosecute, for the Term of eighteen months, from the passing this Resolve, any suit or process against the said Jonathan Ware, for the recovery of the money due from him, by force of his Bond dated on twenty fourth day of April in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety six given to secure payment of four hundred dollars, to said Commonwealth, with the interest.  June 22, 1802.”
