“J.A. Ware & Co. started a bank at the corner of Thirteenth and Farman streets in 1865 and continued in business for five or six years.  The firm was composed of J.A. Ware, Nebraska City; J.A. Angus, Omaha; and P.S. Wilson, Cheyenne.”
