”That W. J. Fuller, Russell county; Charles P. Ware, of Osborne county, and W. B. Sherson, of Smith county, shall act as a board of commissioners to locate said third state road, and said commissioners shall meet at the town of Russell, Russell county, on or before the first day of June, A. D. 1874, and shall proceed to locate said road on the most favorable route, employing a surveyor and chain carriers.”
