Official List of Changes in the Stations and Duties of Officers serving in the Medical Department of the U. S. Army (Division of the Pacific) from November 20, 1897, to December 20, 1897.

The ordinary leave of absence granted Captain Isaac P. Ware, Assistant Surgeon, under orders for duty at Benicia Barracks, California, is extended one month on account of sickness.

Captain Isaac P. Ware, Assistant Surgeon, is relieved from duty at Fort Grant, Arizona, to take effect on the expiration of his present leave of absence, and ordered to Benicia Barracks, California, for duty.

Captain Merritte W. Ireland, Assistant Surgeon, is relieved from duty at Benicia Barracks, California, to take effect upon the arrival at that post of Captain Ware, and ordered to the Presidio of San Francisco, California, for duty.”

Upon the recommendation of the Chief Surgeon of the Department, Captain Isaac P. Ware Assistant Surgeon, will proceed from Benicia Barracks to the camp near Fort Winfield Scott, California, reporting upon arrival to Colonel Marcus P Miller, 3a Artillery, for temporary duty with the troops in that camp. Par. 2, S. O 40. Dept. of Cal., April 29, 1898.

Upon the recommendation of the Chief Surgeon, Captain Isaac P. Ware, Assistant Surgeon, will, in addition to his present duties, report at 10 A.M. daily at these headquarters, for duty in examining recruits. Par. 1, S. O. 51, Dept of Cal., May 20, 1898.”

Upon the recommendation of the Chief Surgeon, Captain Isaac P.Ware, Assistant Surgeon, is relieved from duty as examiner of recruits in this city and assigued, for temporary uty, at the Division Field Hospital, the Presidio of San Francisco, Cal.
