Mr. Justin A. Ware offered the customary resolution of thanks, in which Lieutenant-Governor Guild was thanked ‘for his able, vigorous, statistical and suggestive address,’ and thanks were tendered to non-members for papers presented. The resolution was unanimously adopted.”
