“The docks formerly occupied by the Robert Law Coal Company at the northwest corner of the north branch of. the Chicago river and Division street, 417×262, have been purchased by the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad, title having been taken to an undivided one-fourth interest in the property at $26,145, the grantor being Mrs. Elizabeth A. Ware.”
