“Funeral services for Mr. Dewayne Ware will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 28, 2004 at Trinity Baptist Church, Oakdale with the Reverend Tony Robinson officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Oakdale under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Mr. Ware, 42, of Oakdale entered eternal rest on Friday, November 26, 2004 in Lakeland Nursing Home, Pineville. He was preceded in death by his father, Douglas Ware.

He was a lifelong member of Labor Union Local 692.

He is survived by his mother, Jessie Elkins; three brothers, Freddy A. Ware, Jack Thomas Ware and John Michael Ware; six uncles; seven aunts; three nephews and three nieces.”
