Funeral for Winfred Henry “Wimp” Ware, 59, of Cushing will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 6, 2008, at the Dickie Allen Funeral Home Chapel, Cushing, with the Rev. Sonny Scarborough officiating. Burial will be in the McKnight Cemetery, Cushing. Mr. Ware died Oct. 4, 2008, in Cushing. Born May 21, 1949, in Center, he was the son of Reagan Dale Ware Sr. and Lillian Marguerite Walker Ware. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam and was a self-employed contractor. He was a member of the Nacogdoches VFW Chapter and was Baptist. Survivors include wife, Regina Ann Williams Ware of Cushing; daughter Deidra Kay Ware of Nacogdoches; brother Reagan Dale Ware Jr. or Tenaha; sister Betty Fay Curbow of Nacogdoches; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m, Sunday, Oct. 5. Dickie Allen Funeral Home Chapel, Cushing.
