Maybelle Ware Price, 98, of Greenwood, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, in Greenwood. She was a homemaker and employed for twenty-five years by the Farm Credit Administration in Fort Smith. She was preceded in death by her husbands, George Ware and Tony Price, one grandson, Kevin Ware and one sister, Adele Litton. Graveside services were Dec. 16, 2009, at Liberty Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood. Survivors include two sons, G.K. Ware and his wife, Marcia of Greenwood Gerald Ware and his wife, Candy of Greenwood; seven grandchildren, Shan Borchers and her husband Ted of Harrison, Jenny Rainey of Fayetteville, Heather Howard and her husband, Don of Jonesboro, Rick Ware of Huntington, Steve Ware and his wife, Meryl of Greenwood, Debi Wilkinson and her husband, Stanhope of Greenwood, Dr. Gerald Ware and his wife, Melinda of Little Rock; three step grandchildren, Gail Weisenbeck and Darrell Price of Branch and Theron Price of Benton; 18 great-grandchildren, Reece Borchers of Harrison, Alaine Rainey, Justin Rainey, Maria Rainey all of Fayetteville, Charolette Howard of Jonesboro, Phillip Ware of Fort Smith, Dereke Ware of Fort smith, George Ware of Huntington, Adrianne Ware of Greenwood, Leslie Wolfe and husband, Brenton of Marion, Means Wilkinson of Fayetteville, Mollie Grace Wilkinson of Greenwood, Leo Wilkinson of Greenwood, Craig Ware of Seattle, Wash., Hannah Ware, Emily Ware, Sarah Ware and Mathew Ware all of Little Rock and one great-great-grandchild, Madeline Rae Ware of Huntington. Pallbearers were grandchildren.
