Frank Gofton Ware, 85, of Park Hills, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood. His wife, Jean M. Ware, died in 2002. Survivors include daughters, Caroline Ware Rusten of Ithaca, N.Y., and Sara Ware Howsam of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, John D. Ware of Naples, Fla.; and four grandchildren. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Memorials are suggested to the Jean and Gofton Ware Fund, Greater Cincinnati Foundation, 200 W. Fourth St., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. Swindler and Currin Funeral Home, Latonia, is handling the arrangements.
