Ware, Patricia Pauline “Polly” (Nee H o p p) Passed away on Wed., Oct. 7, 2015. Loving mother of Jack, Casey (Nick) Starker, Mary (Paul) Todarello, and Andy (Kathy) and grandmother “Grammie” of Abby, Cullen, Maggie, Izzy, Dominic, Callie, Jordan, Lexi, Josh, Ashley and Jacob. Dear sister of Kathy (Frank) Corrao and Fran (Jane) Hopp and aunt of Jessica (Jeff) Bliss and Corey Hopp. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Polly loved gardening and all sports, especially the Packers and Brewers, and always had her beloved golden retriever, Happy at her side. Private family memorial.
