Pat Ware, 71, retired circulation manager for The Newton Kansan and distributor for The Wichita Eagle-Beacon, died Friday, June 9, 1989. Rosary 7 p.m. today, Petersens’ Funeral Home; service 10 a.m. Monday, St. Mary’s Catholic Church.

Survivors: son, Thomas R. of Derby; daughter, Georgeann Smith of Emporia; brothers, George J. Hanna of Newton, Edward L. Hanna of Wichita; sister, Dorothy A. Lytle of Arlington, Texas; seven grandchildren. Memorial has been established with the Harvey County Hospice.
