Alta “June” Ware, 62, of Zion passed away on Monday, September 12, 2005 at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan. She was born on June 30, 1943 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She married Alvin K. Ware, Sr. on October 4, 1966 in National City San Diego, CA.

June is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Alvin; mother, Blanche Martinez; son, Alvin K. (Susie) Ware, Jr.; daughters, Kathrine (Todd) Calvalcanta, June (Dennis) Morgan, Tammie Owens, Elizabeth (Steven) Allen, Jennifer Cress; brother, Jimmy Young; sisters, Billie (Chuck) Marcum, Betsy Miller; eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may meet with the family on Thursday, September 15, 2005 from 3-7 PM at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 16, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Dennis Daniel officiating. Inurnment will take place at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum, Gurnee, IL.
