She was retired as a registered nurse from the Harrisburg Hospital surgical services department; was a graduate of Winchester (Va.) Hospital School of Nursing and attended the University of Pennsylvania; and was a member of Kabletown United Methodist Church, Charles Town, W.Va., and the Association of Operating Room Nurses.
Surviving are her husband, Howard E. Baker; two brothers, Howard C. Ware of Charles Town and Charles E. Ware of Martinsville, Ind.; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Geigle Funeral Home, Susquehanna Twp. Burial will be in Shoop’s Cemetery, Lower Paxton Twp.
Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow in the funeral home.
