Percy F. Ware, 76, of Loves Park died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2006, in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born Dec. 7, 1927, in Woodstock, the son of Vernie and Evelyn (Deutschman) Ware. Percy married Joanne Farrey in September 1950. He retired from Rockford Products after 37 years of service. Survivors include wife, Joanne of Loves Park; daughter, Nancy (Gary) Bicksler of Roscoe; son, Tim of Loves Park; and brothers and sisters, Alice Gray, Darlene (Tom) Graham, Robert Ware, Virginia (Ted) Arnold, Edward (Vicky) Ware, Howard (Sharon) Ware, David (Judy) Ware, Linda (Terry) Kittle and Donna Kennedy. Predeceased by parents; and sisters, Verna Spain and Betty Ferguson. Service at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, in Honquest Family Funeral Home and Crematory, North Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, with the Rev. Dr. William R. Kerr Sr. officiating. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, in the funeral home.
