Robert L. Ware Obituary, 2002

Robert L. Ware, 86, of Green Briar Village, Bath, died June 30 in his home. He was married to Dorothy E. (Redline) Ware for 64 years last April.

A graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in mechanical engineering, he worked for Bethlehem Steel Corp. as a foreman in the brick laying department for 40 years, before retiring in 1971.

Born in Collingwood, N.J., he was a son of the late Clifford and Dorothy (Nichols) Ware.

He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, and its council and a member of the Men’s Brotherhood. He was a former president of Fairview Cemetery Association, Moorestown.

He was a former Cub Scout Master of Troop 50, Moorestown.

Survivors: Wife; son, David W. of Bath; daughters, Pamela J. Yurko of Lower Nazareth Township, Linda L. Kattef of Veston, Mass.; sister, Louise Williams of St. Petersburg, Fla.; five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday, George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Moorestown, 2165 Community Drive, Bath. Call 10-11 a.m. Friday.

Contributions: To the church.
