LAWRENCE WARE, SR., 73, of Memphis, died March 10, 2008 at Methodist South Hospital after a short illness of cancer. He was a retiree of O’Zark Truck Line. He is survived by his loving wife, Jimmie J. Ware; five daughters, Paula Drumwright, Carolyn Sommerall, Lisa Jordan, Mary K. Adams and Vickie Ware; one son, Stanley E. Ware; one brother, Eddie L. (Ann) Lauderdale. Two children preceded him in death, Lawrence Ware, Jr. and Deborah Smith. Visitation from 10-11:55 a.m., Saturday, March 15 at Pillow St. C.M.E. Church, 1590 Pillow Street, where he was a dedicated steward. Services to follow at 12 Noon.
