Marion A. Taylor Ware Obituary, 2003

FAIRFAX, Va. — Marion A. (Taylor) Ware, 92, of Fairfax, formerly of Worcester, died Saturday, June 28, in Fairfax.

She leaves three nephews, Robert Freeman of Delray Beach, Fla., Richard Freeman of Vienna, Va., and Bruce Freeman of Akron, Ohio. She was born in Providence, R.I., daughter of Irving and Grace Taylor, and lived most of her life in Worcester before moving here. She graduated from Commerce High School, Worcester, in 1928 and from Pembroke College, Providence, in 1932.

Mrs. Ware held several positions in the Worcester area, including as a librarian in the Worcester school system before retiring. She was a Red Cross volunteer and worked for several other Worcester-area volunteer organizations.

The funeral service will be held in Fairfax. Burial will be at a later date in Pocasset Cemetery in Cranston, R.I. There are no public calling hours.
