ODIS COLUMBUS WARE JR., 45, of 1080 Central, former employee of The Peabody, died Sunday at his home. Services will be at noon Saturday at Parkway Funeral Home with burial in Hollywood Cemetery. He leaves two daughters, Sabrina Ware and Louistien Ware, both of Chicago; his mother and stepfather, Louistien and Willie Perkins of Memphis; his father and stepmother, Odis C. and Betsy Ware of Chicago; 12 sisters, Annette Ware, Celester Ware, Gloria Ware, Floria Ware, Cynthia Ware, Olivia War e, Clare Jean Ware and Amelia Ware, all of Chicago, and Patience Perkins, Shelia Perkins, Cassandra Perkins and Stephanie Perkins, all of Memphis, and three brothers, Lloyd Ware and Leonard Ware, both of Chicago, and Willie Perkins Jr. of Memphis.
