DURHAM, N.C. – Owen L. Ware, 79, died unexpectedly Monday at Durham Regional Hospital.

He served in the Air Force and was stationed at Otis Air Force Base in Bourne.

Survivors include four children, Rose M. Currier of Hatchville, William D. Ware of Mashpee, Annette Hutchinson of East Falmouth and Michelle Lambert of Teaticket; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
