WALTER THOMAS WARE, 84, of Memphis, retired truck driver for Builders Transportation, died Wednesday at Hillhaven Nursing Home in Germantown. Services will be at noon today at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. He was a member of Knight Arnold Church of Christ. Mr. Ware, the widower of Florence E. Ware, leaves two daughters, Chris Holbrook of Southaven and Etta McNutt of Hickory Flat, Miss.; two sons, Bobby Ware of Glen Carbon, Ill., and Sam Ware of Olive Branch, Miss.; a sister, Ida Seato of Memphis, 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Memphis School of Preaching, in care of Knight Arnold Church of Christ or to Mid-South Lions Sight & Hearing, in care of Methodist Hospital.
