  750 acres of land, lying in the 23d and 26th districts of said county, comprising the plantation whereon John M. Ware now lives, joining lands of estate of the late Stephen Whipple, and the place lately occupied by John Gallimore. Also, five negroes, to-wit: Asa, a man 25 years old, Alfred, a man 27 years old, Jerry, a boy 18 years old, Tom, a boy 16 years old, and Priscilla, a woman 20 years old. All levied on as the property of John M. Ware, to satisfy sundry fi fas….

Also, 300 acres of land, ..in the 26th District of Wilkinson county, known as the McGehee place and Cherry place, adjoining lands of G. B. Hughs, J. T. Hughs, and William Ross; …property of John M. Ware.……
