KATIE MAE WARE, 81, of Memphis, retired beautician, died Saturday at St. Peter Villa Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. M. J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Solomon Temple Missionary Baptist Church. She leaves two daughters, Patsie Estes of Henning, Tenn., and Para L. Ware of Memphis; two sisters, Mable Watkins of Los Angeles and Bessie Broadway of Inglewood, Calif.; a brother, Earnest Broadway of Lucy, Tenn., three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
