HENDERSON – Ernestine Ware Hill, 88, retired teacher, died Friday at HCA Regional Hospital in Jackson. Services will be at 5 p.m. today at Casey Funeral Home with burial in Henderson City Cemetery. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Henderson, United Methodist Women, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary of Chester County, Order of the Eastern Star, and a past worthy matron. Mrs. Hill, the widow of James H. Hill, leaves two daughters, Sara Hill Corona of Cordova and Doris Hill Wilson of Jackson, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
