MARTHA WARE PRESCOTT, 93, of 2055 Cowden, retired after 42 years as a teacher with the Memphis Board of Education, died Tuesday at her home. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Memorial Park. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Prescott Memorial Baptist Church. Mrs. Prescott, the widow of John Prescott, leaves a nephew, a great-niece and two great-nephews.
