John Junior Ware, 67, of Akron, shortly after receiving the Lord, went to join his Savior after a short illness on December 29, 2008.
John was born July 18, 1941 in Murphy, North Carolina. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a very witty person and was always quick with a comeback. John had many interests, including playing cards, camping, horse-shoes, and Ford trucks. He retired from S.A. Communale Co. after over five years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Vadine; first wife, Barb; son, Jeff; and brothers, Dave and Warren. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Beverly; children, Shirley Ware, Tim Mollohan (Nancy), John Ware, and Juanita Witte (Michael); brother, Edward Hackler (JoAnn); and grandchildren, Ada-Anne, Cheyanne, Adam, Autum, Mackenzie, and Somer.
Visitation will be Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. followed by a funeral service officiated by Pastor Chuck Marshall. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s honor may be made to any FirstMerit Bank.
