NOTICE
RANAWAY from the subscriber’s Plantation in Wilkinson county, 8 miles west of Irwinton, in the night of the 6th inst., my two Negro Fellows,LEVI and ASA. Levi is about 22 years old,  6 feet 2 inches high, and well set; has a cheerful and pleasant countenance, and is quite intelligent; can write, and will probably travel with a pass of his own coining; is quite black, and has a knot about the size of a Partridge egg on one of his legs, on the outside, just above the knee.
Asa is about 21 years old, 5 feet 8 inches high, chunky and well built; is also quiet dark; full African blood.
They were both raised in Greene county, North Carolina and brought to this State by a trader last fall, and they will doubtless endeavor to make their way back there, as Levi, the leader, has before made this made an effort of the kind.
A liberal reward will be paid for the apprehension and delivery to me of said Negroes, or either of them, or their confinement in any safe Jail so that I get them.
JOHN M. WARE.
