WYATT, Mary Ware “Mary Elizabeth,” 75, of Bruington, Va., passed away September 16, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Randolph Wyatt Sr. of 49 years; her parents, Robert Ray Ware and Lottie May Cowgill. She is survived by daughter, Amy Wyatt Hall (Mark); son, David Randolph Wyatt Jr. (Jamie); grandchildren, Ashley Renee Blizzard (Mitchell), Dustin Walker Hall, Mackenzie Noelle Wyatt, Madison Grace Wyatt; cousin/sister by heart, Mary Samuel Moore, sister-in-law, Nora Dorine Watkins (Atwill Buck Watkins Jr.); two nieces, Angie Pitts and Robin Bottenfield. She was the organist/pianist at Mattaponi Baptist Church for over 35 years. She worked 15 years as an office manager for the Virginia State Department of Health Neurology Program. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 21, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., at B.W. White Funeral Home, Rt. 360, Aylett, Va. Services will be held on Saturday, September 22, 10 a.m. at Mattaponi Baptist Church, 13468 The Trail, King & Queen Courthouse, with interment in the church cemetery.

Wendell R. Ware Obituary, 2018

WARE, Wendell R. was born Dec. 12, 1918 in Clarksburg, W. Va. and died at Sherman Oaks, CA, October 15, 2018. He grew up in St. Petersburg, FL. He was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School, St. Petersburg Junior College and the University of North Carolina. He earned his pilot’s license at Albert Whitted Airport while a student at SPJC. He served in the USAF flying bombers during WWII in the Pacific and later in the Korean War. Wendell and his wife, Gloria P. Ware founded a highly successful publishing company, Micro Publication Systems. Wendell also wrote many historical and genealogical articles for the Webster Echo, Webster, West VA. Later he became a benefactor of SPJC and the University of North Carolina. He was predeceased by his wife of 59 years, Gloria Perritte Ware in 2007. A memorial service will be held at Forest lawn Cemetery in December to commemorate what would have been his 100th birthday. He is survived by a cousin, Thomas H. (Tom) Gregory of St. Petersburg.

HUNTSVILLE – James Douglas Ware, 49, of Huntsville, died Nov. 11, 2018, at Fayetteville. James was born Oct. 12 , 1969, in Springdale to Howard and Della Youngblood Ware of Kingston.

He married Misty Sims in August 2014, was father of four children, and stepfather to five children. He was a journeyman plumber and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

James was predeceased by his father, Howard; and one son, James Dean Ware.

He is survived by his wife, Misty Ware of the home; one son, Zachery Ware of Siloam Springs; three daughters, Brittney Ware of Kingston; Shawna Ware of Prairie Grove; and Mary Ware of Prairie Grove; one brother and sister-in-law, Gregory and Cassy Ware of Rogers; his mother, Della Ware of Kingston; and his step-children, Michael Jones of Alpena; Dominic Jones, Jesse Jones, and Emma Jones, all of Kingston; and Ashley Jones of Alpena.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at Brashears Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018, in the Bruce Brashears Memorial Chapel with Lonnie Dufrene and Doyle Root officiating. Cremation is entrusted to Brashears Funeral Home and Crematory of Huntsville.

William Kendrick Ware Obituary, 2018

William Kendrick Ware, 44, of Anadarko, Oklahoma passed away Monday, November 19, 2018.

William was born in Lawton, Oklahoma to Wesley Ware Jr. and Edith Littlechief, both of Anadarko, Oklahoma.

He was the middle child, having two brothers, Joseph and Wesley III and two sisters, Renae and Betty.

He graduated from Anadarko High School in 1992. He attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He was an Oklahoma Sooner fan at heart.

He enjoyed fishing, noodling, going to the casino, working on small engines, time with his family, friends and his son. He was also a very giving person and if he could, he would give the shirt off his back.

He was a dedicated Kiowa firefighter and had part on various wildland firefighter engine crews. He worked for Splash Pools, Sundance Pools and Concrete, Flip-O Construction, family pools and Ahtone Construction. He was a great handyman and liked to get his hands dirty.

Robert “Bob” James Ware died Nov. 27, 2018. He was 81.

Services will be at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at Annaville Baptist Church. Burial will follow with full military honors at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.

James Robert Ware Obituary

Celebration of Life Services for James Robert Ware, Sr., 77, of Gordonville, Texas, will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016, at 10 a.m. at the Cowboy Church, Hwy. 377, North in Whitesboro, Texas. He passed away at his home Saturday, July 2nd with his family by his side. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home.

He was born to James Robert and Alice Ware Cook on May 10, 1939, and at the age of 14, was adopted by Paul and Peggy Ware. He met his wife, Ellen Annette Ware in 1993, at the Grand Prairie Bowling Lanes. They were introduced by his brother and sister-in-law, Butch and Fran Ware. He loved the outdoors and also loved to hunt and fish with his sons and daughter. He entered many fishing tournaments. He enjoyed being on the water and living so close to the lake and enjoyed his retirement at Lake Texoma. His family was very important to him as was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Ellen Annette Ware of Gordonville; hisdaughter, Carolyn Jo Baker, and husband, Bruce; sons, Jimmy Ware and wife, Joanie; Jeffery Ware and wife, Jennifer; step-children, Monika Harris and husband, Jay; Donna Morrell and husband, Robert; Amy Maxey and husband, Tracy; grandchildren, Justin Thomas, Brandon Thomas and Nicholas Ware; grandson, Jacob Ware and great-grandson, Kellum Ware and step-grandchildren, Maddy Morrell, Tony Morrell, Ian Ellis, Joey Maxey and Lane Maxey; brothers, George Ware and Paul Ware, Jr. and wife, Amy and sister, Katie Hillard and husband, Chet.

He was preceded in death by his biological parents, James and Alice Cook and adopted parents, Paul and Peggy Ware, and a sister, Linda Houston.

Leeon Ware

Funeral Service for Leeon Ware, age 85, of San Augustine, Texas, will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, December 20, 2018, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, San Augustine, Texas, officiated by Bro. Frank Holrath. Visitation will be Wednesday Evening, December 19, 2018, from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Wyman Roberts Funeral Home. Leeon passed away Monday, December 17, 2018, in San Augustine, Texas. He was born March 10, 1933, in the Bland Lake Community, San Augustine County, Texas, to Lon and Caddie (Richey) Ware.

Leeon was a 1950 graduate of San Augustine High School, he attended SFA State University and joined the U. S. Army, serving in the Korean Conflict. He later worked as a 1st Class Tool and Die Machinist. He was a member of the San Augustine Church of Christ and lifetime member of the VFW Post # 9313.

Those left to cherish his memory include: Wife Liz Ware of San Augustine; Several Cousins and Special Family Friends Herman and Kerri Shofner, and a host of friends.

Pallbearers include Oscar Strickland, Herman Shofner, Larry Nuchols, David Berry, Gary Brewer, Neil Fussell. Honorary Pallbearers Sam Persley, Oran Davis, John Mills, Gerald Davis
