


Harold Ware, 86, of Granbury, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2018, First Christian Church, Granbury. Interment: 2:00 p.m. Arlington Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, Martin’s Funeral Home, Granbury.
Harold was born on March 2, 1932 in Blackwell, Texas to Ernest and Noba Ware. He married Betty Jane Spence and had two children, Harold, Jr. and Regina. They would have celebrated their 67th anniversary on June 3rd. Harold worked at U.S. Gypsum prior to becoming County Commissioner in Sweetwater, Texas. He also owned a fence business. He was a 33 degree Mason at Lodge #392 Granbury and Past Master of Bluff Dale Lodge. Harold was a Shriner he held a Dual Mason Membership with Bluff Dale and Granbury. Harold was a long standing member of the Elks Lodge in Sweetwater and a present member in Stephenville.
Harold and Betty loved to travel. They once took a 3 month trip in their RV where they spent one month of that time in Alaska. Harold enjoyed fishing and hunting. He loved spending time with people, especially his family. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents and his son Harold E. Ware, Jr. “Bunky”.

DUBLIN—Jeremy Don Ware, 35, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his residence in a house fire. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 14, at the Cottonwood Baptist Church and burial will follow in Barbee Cemetery. CALUMET CITY, IL – James Martin Ware, age 27 of Calumet City, IL, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018. He is survived by his parents: Harold and Mary (nee Nemeth) Ware; sister: Alicia Ware; brother: Jonathan Ware; and many uncles, aunts, and cousins, and loved by many friends. James was preceded in death by his grandparents: Martin and Jean Nemeth, William and Edith Ware, and uncle Gerry Scherrer.

SSgt. Harvey O’Neil Ware, USAF (Ret.) September 24, 1938 – June 15, 2018 Warner Robins, GA- Harvey O’Neil Ware, 79, was called home on Friday, June 15, 2018. On September 24, 1938, Harvey was born in Tallapoosa County, Alabama to the late James Russell and Ollie Ware. He grew up in Tuscumbia, Alabama and attended Deshler High School. Soon after leaving high school, Mr. Ware joined the United States Air Force and proudly served his country retiring in 1976. He served in Vietnam, Japan, and multiple locations throughout Germany. Mr. Ware also retired in 1998 from the Army Air Force Exchange Service as the Robins Air Force Base Service Station Manager. He had a deep love for children and their wellbeing and was a longtime active foster parent for Houston County. Mr. Ware fostered countless children throughout the years. He also enjoyed being a longstanding and dedicated member of the Warner Robins Lions Club where he served in multiple club officer positions including President for several years. Mr. Ware distinguishably served as the Lions Club District 8 Governor, as well. In his free time, he enjoyed following the University of Alabama football, NASCAR and WWE. Collecting eagles, woodworking, making clocks, and fishing were also some of his favorite pastimes. In his retirement years, he and his wife, Lou loved traveling the country in his RV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Harvey O’Neil Ware, Jr. Harvey’s memory will forever be treasured by his beloved and lifelong wife of 60 years, Lou Ware; son, Danny Ware (Elaine); daughter, Cheryl Morrison (Terry); foster daughter, Julie Raykovics; grandchildren, Elizabeth Miller (Jeff), Mary Ware (Jenni), Joshua (Lily) and Zachary; great-grandchildren, Benjamin and Ezra; sister, Sue Vinup (Terry); brother, Mark Ware (Ann); and dog, “Emmy.” Visitation will be Monday, June 18, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Leona Marie Ware, 59, of Patriot, IN, passed away at 08:47 AM, Thursday, June 14th, at Leconte Medical Center in Sevierville, TN. Leona was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 5, 1959, a daughter of the late Betty Marie (Pringle) and Leonard Swango. Leona attended Switzerland County High School. She worked at Graham Packaging in Florence, KY. Leona was the wife of Dimmett “Eddie” Ware. Leona and Eddie were married at the Patriot Baptist Church on May 5th, 1982. Leona loved her family and all were welcome in her home.
Leona is also survived by her husband, Eddie Ware, of Patriot, IN; by two daughters, Angelena Colen (Shawn), of Patriot, IN and Kendra Waterman (Steve), of N. Palm Beach, FL; by grandchildren; Tyler, Raven, Keegan, Whyatt and Morgan; by three sisters, Della Poore, of Indianapolis, IN; Linda Julian, of Missouri and Betty Jo Swango, of Patriot, IN; by four brothers, Lawrence Johnson, of NM; David Kerby, of AL; Robert Pringle, of Seattle, WA and Vernon Swango, of East Enterprise, IN; by sister-in-law Bonnie Robinson, of OH.

GOFFSTOWN — Barbara Lee Wentworth Ware, 91, died peacefully on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Elliot Hospital with her sons and daughters-in-law by her side.Born in Portsmouth NH on April 21, 1927, she was the daughter of Milton and Lillian Lee Cilley. She graduated from Portsmouth High School and the Boston School of Dental Nursing and retired from New England College, where she worked for 26 years.Barbara loved her family and friends, traveling, the ocean, flowers, crafts, and volunteered for many organizations over the years. One of her many joys was restoring the old colonial house in Weare with her husband and sons. She is known for the many braided rugs that she made for her home and family. The one joy that remained through her entire life was gardening and she would press flowers to preserve them for everyone to enjoy.Barbara was predeceased by her husbands, Norman Wentworth, Leon Ware and Donald Bullard, her son Stephen Wentworth, and brother Robert Cilley.She is survived by her sons David Wentworth of Northwood, NH and Jim Wentworth of Harpswell, ME; daughters-in-law Susan Wentworth and Remy Wentworth; sister-in-law Pricilla Cilley of Venice FL; grandchildren Heather Sonoski, Andrew Wentworth, and Louise Fite; several nieces and nephews; and many great-grandchildren..
