Frances Ware Latham Obituary, 1999

FRANCES WARE LATHAM, 78, of Snellville, Ga., formerly of Memphis, homemaker, died of heart disease Friday in Snellville. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Memphis Funeral Home Stage Road Chapel with burial in National Cemetery. She was a member of the National Cancer Society, American Heart Association and St. Elizabeth’s Episcopal Church. Mrs. Latham, the widow of Chester A. Latham, leaves two daughters, Anita L. Brown of Lilburn, Ga., and Judy L. McCown of Memphis; two sons, Lyman D. Latham of Martinez, Ga., and Stanley W. Latham of Millington, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to Raleigh Assembly of God, the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of the donor’s choice.

Geneva Ware, 74, a resident of Cleveland, died in a Cincinnati, Ohio, hospital Saturday morning, Jan. 4, 2003.

Body may be viewed noon-7 p.m. Sunday and from 4-7 p.m. Monday at Patton Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with service to follow at noon.

Interment at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
